Some of the products sold at www.drbecky.com.au carry contraindications that mean they are not suitable for everyone. If you have any pre-existing skin or medical conditions, or are trying to conceive, pregnant or breastfeeding, you must email hello@drbecky.com.au prior to purchase.

Change of Mind
Sales on the Dr Becky website are final. Products cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind, incorrect selection or unsuitability.
Damaged/Faulty Products
If the products you receive are damaged or faulty please email a description of the damage/fault with accompanying photos to hello@drbecky.com.au. Unless the product is damaged through misuse, accident or abnormal use we will gladly arrange return shipping and exchange of the faulty product.
Reaction/Allergy In the event of skin reaction, sensitivity or allergy please discontinue use immediately, seek medical advice if applicable and email hello@drbecky.com.au. Return shipping of the product, exchange for an alternative option and/or refund will be considered. Overall, we want to be a positive influence on your skin health!
