Our clinic operates strictly by appointment to allow for focused, uninterrupted care. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you and require preparation in advance. We appreciate your understanding and respect for the following policies.

Securing Your Appointment

All appointments booked online are secured with a $150 booking fee.

This fee:

  • reserves your appointment time
  • allows us to prepare appropriately for your visit
  • is deducted from the cost of any treatment performed at the same appointment
  • or applies as the consultation fee if no treatment is undertaken

You will receive an email confirmation at the time of booking, along with a courtesy SMS reminder prior to your appointment.

Changes, Cancellations & No-Shows

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice may have the booking fee transferred to a new appointment.
  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, or failure to attend your appointment (no-show), will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
  • Booking fees are not refundable for late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows.

Appointment changes can be made online via our booking system or by contacting the clinic directly.

Late Arrivals

Late arrival may result in a shortened appointment or forfeiture of the appointment, at our discretion, to avoid impacting subsequent patients.

Consultations

All consultations at Dr Becky incur a $150 consultation fee, payable at the time of booking.

Consultations are designed to:

  • assess your individual concerns and goals
  • review relevant medical and treatment history
  • discuss appropriate options and develop a considered plan

Where clinically appropriate, treatment may be performed at the same appointment.

The consultation fee:

  • is redeemable against treatment performed at the same appointment
  • is not transferable to future appointments
  • is not refundable

If treatment is not performed due to medical, clinical, or personal considerations, the consultation fee remains payable in full.
