Our booking policy is a reflection of the mutual respect we have for our valued patients and that of our own time. Appointments at Dr Becky are precious. Please keep the following policies in mind when booking with us.

Online Bookings

All online bookings are secured with a deposit of $150. This reserves your appointment time and allows us to prepare for your service. Your deposit will be deducted from the cost of any treatment performed at your appointment.

You will receive an email confirmation at the time of booking as well as a courtesy SMS reminder two days before your appointment.

Appointment Changes

We understand plans can sometimes change. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment.

Appointments can be amended online here: https://bookings.gettimely.com/drbecky/ or by phoning the clinic on 0437 232 593.

Your deposit can be refunded or transferred to a new booking slot provided you contact us more than 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Your deposit will be forfeited for any changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment and for ‘no shows’.

Consultations with Dr Becky

A consultation fee of $100 is payable when you book with Dr Becky. This reserves your appointment time with Dr Becky and is an opportunity to discuss your individual treatment goals and options.

The consultation fee is redeemable against any treatment performed at your appointment.

The consultation fee is not transferrable to future bookings for treatment.

Occasionally patients are not suitable for treatment or treatment may need to be delayed for medical or social reasons. In these circumstances, the consultation fee is not refundable.
